Dan Squiller, Chief Executive Officer
Mr.
Squiller joined PowerGenix as Chief Executive Officer in 2003.
Prior to that, he was President of Invensys Power Components,
a division of Invensys plc. and a global manufacturer of Powerware
UPSs, Teccor power semiconductors, and Lambda power supplies.
Mr. Squiller's experience with early stage companies includes
a post as General Manager of Indyme Electronics, a provider
of telecommunications equipment, and Vice President of Business
Development and Sales for St. Bernard Software, a provider
of enterprise network protection software.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Squiller spent 10 years at the
San Diego division of Scientific Atlanta, which specializes
in high-speed spectrum analysis instrumentation for commercial
and government business sectors. There, he held positions
in engineering, marketing, sales and operations.
Mr. Squiller holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and
an M.A. in Organizational Communication from Ohio University.

Jeffrey Phillips, Chief Technology Officer
 As
a
founder and CTO of PowerGenix, Dr. Phillips possesses more
than 25 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing
and technology management in the battery, energy and electronics
industries. As the former CTO of Next Century Power from 1995
to 2000, Dr. Phillips set the strategy and directed all R&D
and engineering efforts.
Prior to that, he was the PowerBook Technology Manager
at Apple Computer, where he was responsible for $350 million
of PowerBook components. He also served as the Program
Manager and Director of Technology for Altus Corporation,
managing the R&D
of Rechargeable & Primary Lithium Company.
With a Ph.D. in Electrochemistry from University of Newcastle
upon Tyne, Dr. Phillips holds 15 patents and has authored
more than 20 technical publications.

Lou Uzel, Director of Manufacturing
Mr. Uzel joined PowerGenix in 2003 as Director of Manufacturing, bringing to the company more than 30
years' experience in the battery industry. In addition to designing PowerGenix' Sub C cell configuration and
taking the product from R&D through production, he has overseen the company's transition efforts to China-based manufacturing.
Prior to joining PowerGenix, Mr. Uzel worked for Electrochem Industries as Director of Operations;
served as Vice President of Resource Management for Enertek International; and held other director and vice president
posts at companies including Duracell, Altus Corp., and Yardney Technical Products.
Mr. Uzel's has an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, and degrees from University of
St. Gall in Switzerland and Charles University of Prague in the Czech Republic.

Chi Yau, Vice President of Operations
As
Vice President of Operations, Mr. Yau brings to PowerGenix more
than 18 years of experience, including managing a $900 million
international plant in China. Prior to joining PowerGenix, he
spent 18 years with Lucent Technologies, most recently as V.P.
of Operations of Lucent Qungdao in China. In this position,
Mr. Yau was focused on new product introduction, technology
transfer to contract manufacturers, and supply chain management,
which included overseeing more than 200 suppliers and the construction
of a new $20 million manufacturing facility.
Prior to this, he worked as the Director of Manufacturing
and Supply Chain for Lucent Shanghai. During his tenure, Mr.
Yau developed seven joint ventures, set-up four EMSs worldwide,
and transferred 99% of Lucent's circuit board manufacturing
to low-cost regions in a two-year period. Mr. Yau holds Bachelor's
and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Texas in Austin.

Joe Carcone, Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Carcone joined PowerGenix as Vice President of Business Development in 2006 bringing more than 30 years of power and battery expertise overseeing engineering, manufacturing, strategic alliances, marketing and sales. He has held senior positions with some of the nation's leading corporations, including SANYO Energy (U.S.A.) Corp., General Electric and AT&T.
Mr. Carcone holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Masters of Science
in Operations Research and Business from Rutgers University.

Franz Kruger, Senior Vice President of Product Development
Dr. Kruger has over 30 years of experience in the battery industry and has over 80 patents to his credit. He did his undergraduate work and earned his PhD in chemistry from the University of Stuttgart. Most recently, he held the position as CEO of Lithium Technology Corporation. Dr. Kruger also served as Managing Director of R&D at Varta, a leading European Battery company headquartered in Germany, where he brought many new products to market and gained extensive experience with nickel metal hydride and zinc related chemistries. His experience includes the development and launch of battery systems for electric vehicles.

Todd Tatar, Vice President of Product Development
Mr.
Tatar joined PowerGenix as Vice President of Product
Development in 2006, bringing nearly 25 years of engineering, software, manufacturing and management expertise to PowerGenix. He has held senior positions with some of the nation's leading corporations, including SANYO Energy (USA.) Corp., Martin Marietta Aerospace, Gould Electronics and GE Automation Systems.
Mr. Tatar holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of
South Florida.

Stanley Tang, Vice President of Quality
Residing at PRC (PowerGenix Research Center) in Shenzhen, Stanley has
overall responsibility for Quality and process optimization for product
produced by PowerGenix manufacturing partners. Also, Stanley has
responsibility for the quality and integrity for development products
manufacturer by PowerGenix in San Diego and PRC. From the approval of
suppliers through final test and inspection before shipment, Stanley
will lead the development of a wide range of programs to ensure we
consistently deliver high quality products.
Before joining us, Stanley was in charge of Quality Assurance at
Kingfisher Group, the largest retailer of home improvement products in
Europe. Prior to that, Stanley worked at TTI where he was responsible
for new product development in China including battery & charger
programs. In this role, Stanley qualified leading battery manufactures
for TTI's battery requirements as the leading manufacturer of portable
rechargeable products for Worldwide markets.
Stanley has a Masters degree in Enterprise Engineering Management from
HKUST in Hong Kong and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from
Western New England College.
